About East Perth Redevelopment Authority
Australians today are seeking a closer connection with each other and a deeper connection with the landscape within which they live.
The East Perth Redevelopment Authority is making that connection real for current and future generations of Western Australians.
Since 1992, the Authority has been involved in some of the most stylish city makeovers in the history of urban renewal.
A total of 242.5 hectares of valuable inner city land covering waterfronts, cultural and heritage properties, parks, gardens, major roads, entertainment areas, shopping and residential precincts and former industrial areas are being transformed into wonderfully modern and vibrant places to live.
In addition to successfully redeveloping run-down industrial land in East Perth into the thriving Claisebrook Cove residential and business community, the East Perth Redevelopment Authority is currently managing the New Northbridge urban renewal project, the Riverside project at Perth's eastern entrance, and also has responsibility for rejuvenating the East Perth Power Station and the Northbridge Link precinct.
